te chinese mushrooms Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Rice = 4 cup
  • Yogurt = 1 glass
  • Saffron = 1 teaspoon
  • Barberry = 1 spoon
  • Chicken = 300 g
  • Onion = 1 pcs
  • Mushroom = 100 grams
  • Egg yolk = 3 pcs
  • Sugar = 1 spoon
  • Salt and pepper = to the extent necessary
  • Liquid oil = half a glass

Instruction :

Place the chicken in a pot and cook with onion, salt and pepper.
After the chicken cooked and cooled, remove the bones and split it into small pieces.
Pour a little oil in a pan and bring the barberry in with sugar.
