iftar Halva Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Rice flour = 115 g
- Sugar = 120 grams
- Water = 170 ml
- Rose water = 60 ml
- Saffron mixed with hot water = ½ teaspoon
- Oil = ½ cup
- Cardamom = slightly
Instruction :
Pour the oil into a pan and add the flour to a soft flame for about 10 minutes to rinse the flour.
Take the pan out of the heat and add the flask if desired and add the syrup to the end.
Slightly cooled down in a flask with a bloom, pour in the paper and decorate it with coconut powder or pistachio powder.
Syrup:
Put juice and sugar and saffron and rose water in a bowl of heat for 3 minutes, when the sugar is dissolved.
Then turn off and add flour.
