Shami Baboli Saffron Mazandaran province Recipe
Shami baboli is one of the noble dishes of the city of babol in Mazandaran province of Iran which is also being prepared in other cities of the province. This delicious meal is used in a variety of mountain and aromatic types of vegetables. It is well received by many.
ingredients :
- Scented Vegetables (Froriepia subpinnata, Eryngium planum, Mint, Coriander, Chives, Garlic leaves) = 150 g
- Meat = 500 grams
- Split head = 250 g
- Onion = 2 pcs
- Eggs = 4 pcs
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 spoon
- Salt and pepper and yellow pepper and oil = to the required amount
Instruction :
First put meat with two onions, turmeric and two glasses of water on the heat to cook it thoroughly,
so that the water goes to meat.
We make cottage cheese that we have soaked from two to three hours so that it does not remain blue.
We turn meat, cabbage, and vegetables from the meat grinder and mix it with salt, pepper and saffron water. Add yoghurt and feed the dishes.
Pour the oil into a suitable pan and let it warm.
Then dip the sams on mild heat.
