Recipe to Halva Majlisi dessert with delicious saffron
There are a few tips for making delicious halva Majlisi. One of the most important is to fry the flour.

ingredients :
- Flour = 2 cups
- Sugar = 2 cups
- Water = 2 and 1/2 cups
- Oil = 1/2 cup
- Butter = 50 grams

- levigated cardamom = 1 teaspoon
Instruction :
First, prepare the halva syrup. Pour the sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Put the oil and butter on the flame to heat. Sift the flour over the hot oil. Stir and continue to fry until it comes to your desired color.
