Momeni added:
The taste, aroma and quality of saffron in the covered space is nothing less than the traditional method. The staining material in this method is higher than the traditional method; Some say that this saffron does not have the necessary quality But this can be ruled out by various experiments.

He continued:
The harvest rate in this method is higher than the traditional method. Because new onions are bigger in weight due to the proper pruning As a result, the flower tubes increase and the number of flowers increases.

Momeni noted:
Entering this business into a roofed space of at least 50 to 60 meters And a farm needs 1,000 to 1,500 meters; Shelf costs, onion purchases, labor, fertilizers and pesticides should also be considered.

He added:
In this method, due to the lack of use of water and soil in the bed, fewer diseases have been created And the harvested product is completely hygienic.
