recipe of halim lentils with Iranian saffron

ingredients :
- Minced meat = 150 grams
- Skinless millet = 1 cup
- Cooked lentils = half a cup
- Garlic = 5 to 3 cloves
- Onion = 2 soupspons
- Grated parsley = half a cup
- kashk = 1 cup
- Mint = 3 soupspons
- saffron mixed with hot water = 1 tablespoon of jam
- Salt and pepper = as needed
Instruction :
Choose a suitable pan and put it on the heat. Put hot onion in it with minced meat and fry a little.
Add some salt, turmeric and chopped parsley, and after frying a little, add some water to cook the ingredients a little and bring the water to a boil.
After boiling, add the peeled millet juice to mix it thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients. Finally, add the cooked lentils and stir.
After a while, remove the pan from the heat and let the ingredients cool a bit. Then add kashk to Haleem and mix gently so that the curd does not fight.
Put a teapot on the pan and reduce the heat until the mildness fits perfectly.
If the halim hardens, you can add some water to it. Decorate the prepared halim with some saffron, parsley, kashk and onion.
