Production of 60 kg of saffron in Ardebil

According to the head of agricultural jihad province, 447 tons of saffron onion were distributed in eight provinces of the province, and finally, 60 kg of saffron was produced this year.

The company added with the emphasis on the cooperation of German investors in the construction of this industrial unit: the factory has 30 percent physical progress and can be employed for 340 people.
Laughing pistachios report the competition
Another agricultural product that has been able to enter the market at the very beginning is pistachio.
Arshaq Prefecture, in an interview with the Mehr reporter, named one of the province’s most successful areas in the cultivation of pistachios in the section of Arshaq and stated: Arshavka itself has been allocated 30 hectares of agricultural land to pistachios and is planted in all 28 villages of this section of pistachio. All applicants receive subsidized seedlings and it is possible to increase pistachio planting to 50 hectares.
Zahir Nouri added: “This section suffers from water shortages. Therefore, in recent years, we have been trying to cultivate pistachio cultivation, and today we have planted pistachio trees in the courtyards of rural houses.”
He added that pistachio production in this region has a good quality and it is necessary to plan and support for its processing, packaging and sale.
Meanwhile, the head of the provincial Jihad Province has distributed 37,000 subsidized pistachio seedlings this year and said: “Pistachio cultivation is being pursued to stabilize the agricultural economy and realize resilient economy policies.”
The pistachio has a much higher income from wheat and potato because of its high added value, and also has less water consumption.
The “Moghan” rice struck Gilan
All of the products mentioned have been placed on a recipe for less water requirement. However, in the north of Ardebil province, the cultivation of wild boar and rice proves the miraculous nature of Ardabil’s soil.

Considering the wheat that has been cultivated in Ardebil for two years, and the potato that produces surplus domestic consumption in Ardebil, Ardebil is among the successful provinces in meeting its agricultural needs.
The need for planning for product branding and processing
The first part of the planning chain for the value creation of agricultural products has taken shape. But, according to experts, if Ardabil’s products can not be processed and marketed, it will not be available in the competition market.
