He said that in the past few years, 97 hectares of Lorestan susceptible land has been allocated to saffron cultivation, said that it is expected to cover 178 hectares of cultivated saffron in Lorestan with two spring and autumn cultivars.
Baharwand added: According to the average harvest of 3 and 1 kg / ha, this year about 380 to 400 kg of saffron is expected to be harvested in Lorestan.
Last year, 321 kg of saffron was harvested in Lorestan.
