Abgoosht Buz Qorme Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Sheep meat = 500 grams
- Chickpea = 1 cup
- Kashk= 1 cup
- Onion = 2 pcs
- Garlic = 2-3 cubes
- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2-3 spoons
- Taste Spice = 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
- Walnut = to the required amount
Instruction :
First we shave 1 onion and weep with taffta oil and add it to the meat, add some black pepper and turmeric, adding a little water to the meat to cook, then remove the meat bones after baking. Let’s go
Chicken that we have soaked 24 hours ago, and we changed it regularly, into a pot of potatoes with 1 teaspoon of cumin (to take the bloat of peas) to cook.
