Arabic Halvah Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Wheat Flour = 3 Cup
- Dried milk = 2 cup
- Sugar = 3 Cup
- Water = 1 Cup
- Rosewater= half cup
- Pushing = 2 Spoon
- Saffron = half teaspoon
- Butter = 400 g
- Liquid oil = half a glass
Instruction :
Apply the flour to a gentle heat and add the milk in the final minutes of the dry peppering until it becomes golden.
