Usually purple flowers appear in the field in mid-November and as soon as the first flower appears, the harvest begins and lasts for about three weeks. When the flowers appear, the saffron field becomes beautiful, fragrant and purple or purple, and one of the most beautiful landscapes of nature can be seen when the saffron field is in bloom because of the onset of cold and autumn.
