ingredients:

Water = 4 cups
Saffron = several strands
Grated ginger = some
Honey = 2 soupspons
Cinnamon stick = some
1- Pour water into a container and let it boil.

3- Now pour the saffron, close the lid of the container and let it boil for 15 minutes.
4. Then remove the lid and boil for another 15 minutes.

Moroccan saffron tea
ingredients:
Green tea = some
Saffron string = some
Boiling water = as needed
Sugar = 1/4 cup
1. Boil water, then pour green tea into it.
2. After washing the green tea leaves in water, separate them from the water and discard the water.
3. Pour the green tea leaves into another bowl of water.
4- Add sugar and saffron and let it boil for 5 minutes.
5. You can add a little mint to it for a better taste.
