Instruction :

To prepare this tonic kuku, first pour the chicken with celery, carrots and some water into a medium saucepan to cook.

While it is cooking, add a little bay leaf and salt and wait for it to cool.

Then, in the next step, fry the minced meat separately with bell pepper, onion and tomato paste and let it cool.

After this step, chop the potatoes into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan, leaving this aside as before after frying to cool.

Now it’s time for the eggs, beat the eggs and then mix with the yoghurt.

Then chop the almonds, pistachios and walnuts and add to the sourdough. After all these steps, mix all the ingredients together.

Then add cooked rice and saffron, salt, spices and pepper.

Finally, select a suitable frying pan and place it on the flame, then pour the kuku yeast into it and fry it.
