fesenjan stew mushrooms Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Chopped Pecans = 4 cup
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Mushroom = 150 g
- Pomegranate Paste = half a glass
- Sugar = 5 spoon
- Cinnamon = one teaspoon
- Ardeh = 2 spoons
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 tablespoons
- Oil = to the extent necessary
Instruction :
Grind the onion and fry with some oil.
Then add the walnuts to the onions and pepper.
Do this carefully, because the walnut is burning very soon.
Stir it regularly and add two glasses of water after soaking and place it on the heat and reduce the amount of heat after boiling.
Next, crush the mushrooms and add some lemon juice to avoid becoming black.
