halva dates Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Wheat flour = 150 g
- Dates = 500 grams
- Liquid oil = 120 g
- Rose water = 2 soup spoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 teaspoon
- Pistachio powder = 1 soup spoon
- Almond powder = 1 soup spoon
Instruction :
Stir the wheat flour twice and weigh in oil until the color is brownish. We add oil to flour and mix well. Separate the dates from the core, add the saffron mixed with hot water to the flour and add it with a large spoon. After the material is thoroughly mixed, we place the container of halvah over the heat to cool the halvah (at this stage, if the halvah is better than the other one). We make halvah in a suitable bowl and decorate with pistachio powder and almond powder.
Tip 1: You can use 200 grams of butter instead of liquid oil.
