Italian Saffron Rice
ingredients :
- Chopped Chicken breast or fillet : 250 g
- Chopped spinach : 500 g
- Chopped Carrot : 300 g
- Fried Onion: half a Cup
- Corn: half a cup
- Saffron and water: 2 to 3 soup spoon
- Chopped mushrooms: 300 g
- Rice: 4 Cup
- Pea and lemon: to the extent necessary
- Salt, pepper and spice: to the extent necessary
How to prepare:
1- First, add the fried onions in the straw and add some oil to it. We completely add the chicken slices to it. Then add the carrots, mix with ingredients, then add spinach and continue to tufts to make them cooked and soft.
2- In another container, crushed mushrooms with a little oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice to drain the mushroom water. Then add the mushrooms and corn, peas, salt, pepper and spice to the ingredients and mix. Now turn off the heat, rinse the rice and pour the ingredients together with the saffron solution of rice and rice. After 30 to 40 minutes, our food is ready for serving.
