Kebab seer fish Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Seer fish fillet = 800 g
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 3soup spoon
  • Black pepper = half teaspoon
  • Garlic powder = half teaspoon
  • Salt = 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon = 3 soup spoon
  • Medium onion = 1 pcs
  • Sycamore = 6 pcs
  • Liquid oil = 60 g
  • Pepper Kebab = 200 g

Instruction :
