Kebab seer fish Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Seer fish fillet = 800 g
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 3soup spoon
- Black pepper = half teaspoon
- Garlic powder = half teaspoon
- Salt = 1 teaspoon
- Lemon = 3 soup spoon
- Medium onion = 1 pcs
- Sycamore = 6 pcs
- Liquid oil = 60 g
- Pepper Kebab = 200 g
Instruction :
We cut the fish in size and weigh up to three centimeters. After washing, we add the onion and chopped it along with all the stuff to the fish.
