kuku Chicken Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Chicken breast = 1 pcs
- Egg = 2 pcs
- Saffron = 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice = 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt = to the extent necessary
- Pepper = to the extent necessary
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Bay laurel: 2 pcs
Instruction :
Cook chicken breast with Bay laurel of onion, onion and salt.
Then take it root and beat egg , saffron , Fresh lemon juice and pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the kuku in it and fry.
Heat should be mild.
