In this regard, I believe that, like many other successful countries in the world, we need to set up a federation for producers and exporters of saffron to help them with further development efforts with the help of the private sector. It does not, of course, mean that we do not want to get help from the government, but the same federations may be able to take advantage of the facilitation and supportive role of the government, as sometimes the private sector needs to receive facilities or approve new laws in parliament. And in this case, the advancement of affairs and development efforts depends on the role and support of the state.
Reaffirming the fact that the supply of saffron in stock exchanges and the establishment of companies is in the interest both of the private sector and in the interests of the state, the shoraka said that the government, through the association with the organization, could receive the views of the federation of producers and exporters. Based on this, I think that given the fact that saffron is considered as one of the strategic and national products of Iran, it is necessary to have such an organization and we can take great steps in improving the crop condition, using new planting systems, and harvesting And increase harvest per unit area in the Federation of Manufacturers.
According to him, in the exporters’ federation, we can also take the lead in the field of R & D and branding of Iranian saffron in the world and help exporters more in touch with the countries of destination.
According to the economist, given that about 90% of the total production of saffron in the world is available to Iran, with the help of the Commodity Exchange and these federations, we can equally allocate to our country the exports of the world’s saffron and its revenues. . In addition, we can move towards the production of saffron products, so that in addition to the properties and applications of edible saffron, the field of medicine for both the people of our country and the people of other countries is recognized.
