Learn how to cook rice saffron

ingredients

Rice 3 glasses
Saffron brewed 3 tbsp
Oil and salt to the required amount

Method: Soak rice 30 minutes in some water and salt. After this time wash the rice and add some water in the pot (add enough water to cover the height of 1 knot on the rice).

Add a few tablespoons of oil, salt and saffron to rice and mix thoroughly until the water color is uniform.

Increase the heat until the water is swirling and absorb the rice (stir for several times). After the water is absorbed into the rice, reduce the heat and cover the pot to drain the rice.
