Porridge saffron
“Porri” is one of the desserts that has its own fans every season and time. In Ramadan, due to the desire of people to eat sweets and desserts, such as delicious home-made desserts, they can be much more useful than desserts and ready-made sweets. Cool milk 2 glasses
Sugar 2 tbsp
Starch 2 tbsp
Rose water, vanilla powder or sweetened flavor to your liking
Saffron is watered to the desired extent
Chocolate powder or chocolate flavored if you wish a spoonful of jams
How to prepare
* To prepare porcelain portions of saffron with starch, you must first separate the cold milk into a pot and warm slightly on the gentle flame,
* Then add sugar and starch to the milk and stir constantly. Mix the above mixture thoroughly to avoid mixing and not sticking to the pot.
* Once you have reached the desired concentration, add the cream, rose water, vanilla powder, sweat powder, saffron, chocolate powder or any additive you like.
Hints:
* If you want to bring a porridge to the house when it is warm, pour it in silicone molds and let it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to get its good porridge. Then bring the porridge out of the refrigerator and gently roll back into the appropriate container. The porridge usually pours water when it is in the refrigerator. But for porridge, you should put it in the fridge and immediately after serving. Remember not to grease the mold because it damages the porridge.
* If you wish, add some chocolate to the dessert as you dip it.
