Quail Pineapple Sauce Saffron Recipe
Usually traditional quail cookies are cooked in the same way that they make chicken. Like the famous chicken and plum! But here’s another way we’ll teach you pineapple sauce.
ingredients :
- Quail = 6 pcs
- Leaves: 2 pcs
- Coriander seed powder = 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper = 1/8 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil = 1/4 cup
- Pineapple Canned or Pineapple Fruit Chopped = 1/2 cup
- Flour Starch Corn = 1/2 teaspoons
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 teaspoon
- Pineapple juice = 2 cup
- Butter = 25 grams
- Onion powder = 2 teaspoons
- Garlic = 1 cub
Instruction :
Put butter and sesame oil on top of the butter, then add coriander powder, chopped garlic and onion powder.
Add quails and completely fry. Then add pineapple juice, lemon balm, black pepper and grated saffron, and apply gentle heat for 40 to 45 minutes to cook quails.
At the end of baking, chopped pineapples and 1/2 teaspoons of starch, dissolved in cold water (1/4 cup cold water), add to the quail, and let the feed reach the concentration. Then pour into the container.
