ingredients :
- Chicken breast = 800 g
- Carrots and corn each = 4 pcs
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt = 1 cup
- Cumin, red pepper and freshly grated ginger each = 1 tsp
- Fresh rosemary stems = 12 pcs
- Salt, pepper and oil = as needed
Instruction :
Cook the corn with water and some salt and let it soften completely.
Take the leaves of the rosemary stem except for a few at the end of the stem.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to the yoghurt, cumin, ginger, saffron, pepper and salt and let it taste for two hours.
