ingredients :

  • Chicken breast = 2 pcs
  • Medium onion = 1 pcs, grated
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 6 tablespoons
  • Liquid oil = 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice = 4 tablespoons
  • Salt and black pepper = as needed

Ingredients for yogurt sauce:

  • Creamy yogurt = half a cup
  • Medium pickles = 1 pcs
  • Mustard sauce = 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice = 4 tablespoons
  • Mint = 2 tablespoons

Instruction :

1. Beat each half of the chicken breast lightly until it is evenly thick.

2. Mix grated onion juice with lemon juice, liquid oil, saffron and salt and pepper.

3. Pierce the chicken breast with a knife and soak it in saffron for at least 2 hours.

4. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium flame and fry the chicken breasts in it for 15 minutes until it is fried and the kernels are cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

5. Fry the pieces of bread in the pan until they are toasted. Mix yogurt, pickles, mustard sauce and lemon juice with sauteed mint and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6. Put the chicken and pieces of bread in a bowl and put the sauce on it and serve.

Hints:
1. You can also use stale veal instead of chicken. But instead of soaking in the yeast, grill it and roll the meat in the saffron yeast again 2 minutes before removing from the heat.
2. You can use dried mint instead of sauteed mint.
3. You can add onion or sauteed cucumber to yogurt sauce.
