- Chicken wings = 1 kg
- Onion = 50 g
- Carrots = 100 grams
- Sweet pepper = 1 piece
- Tomatoes = 100 g

- Pickles = 100 g
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 soupspons
- Salt and turmeric = as needed
Ingredients for preparing vigor sauce:
- Wheat flour = 150 grams
- Egg whites = 5 pcs
- Baking powder = 1 teaspoon
- Beer = half a cup
- Garlic = 2 cloves
- Red pepper = 1 tbsp
- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
- Salt = as needed
- Liquid oil = 200 g
Instruction :
Wash the chicken wings with chopped onion, carrot and bell pepper, turmeric salt, lemon juice and saffron mixed with hot water in a suitable dish so that they are cooked and not crushed too much. Then pour into a strainer until their water is completely dry.
