  • Sesame (or black seed) = as needed

Instruction :

First, wash the fresh spinach leaves, pour half a glass of water into a saucepan, put on a low heat until cooked and the spinach juice is drawn.
Do not chop the onion and chop finely. Grate or chop the garlic. Pour a little liquid oil (butter or olive oil) in a pan and put it on the heat.
Then pour the grated onion into the pan, fry until the onion is slightly colored and light. Then add the grated garlic and fry.
Add the required amount of turmeric to the onion and garlic mixture.
Add the spinach, cooked separately, to the onion and garlic mixture and fry.
Make sure the heat is gentle. Then add the cream cheese to the spinach and mix.
Then add salt and, if desired, a little pizza cheese or mozzarella. Stir to mix the cheese with the good ingredients and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the milk, oil or butter and brewed saffron. Spread the Yufka dough on a flat surface and apply the ingredients you have prepared on the dough.

Place the boreks in a Pyrex dish or oven tray.
