  • Water = 2 cups
  • Egg yolk = 3 pcs
  • Melted butter = 100 g
  • Powdered sugar = 300 g
  • Saffron = 1/3 cup
  • Cardamom powder = 1/2 teaspoon

Instruction :

Baking flour:
First, we pour the white flour and wheat germ flour together in a bowl and mix together. Then add water to them, Stir and simmer for 20 minutes And we keep beating it so that it both thickens and changes color.
