  • Chiti beans = 2 cups

  • Potatoes = 2 pcs
  • sour grapes = 1/2 cups
  • Saffron = 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter = 2 tbsp
  • Oil = the amount needed
  • Salt and pepper = the amount needed

Instruction :

First, chop the onions in a suitable bowl and fry with butter And we chop the meat and add it to it and fry it until the meat changes color.
Wash the chickpeas and pass them through a strainer, add them to the ingredients and cook with some water.
