  • Large potatoes = 1 piece
  • Chopped parsley = 1/2 cup
  • Potato flour = 3 pieces
  • Onion = 1 piece
  • Chopped green pepper = 1 piece
  • Sesame seeds = 8-7 soupspons
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 soupspons
  • Eggs = 5 pieces
  • Milk = 3 soupspons
  • Liquid frying oil = 1/2 cup
  • Salt, pepper and cinnamon = as neededPreparation time 30 minutes
    Baking time 60 minutes

Instruction :

1- Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pot with water and salt for about 15 to 20 minutes.
2- In a large bowl, cool the potatoes and grate the onion. Add parsley, salt, black pepper, saffron, sesame and green pepper to the potato and grated onion mixture.
3- Dissolve potato flour in cold milk and add to the mixture. In a bowl, break the eggs and stir with a fork and add to the rest of the ingredients.
4- Heat the oil in a pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan. Then strain the ingredients with a spoon and cook over low heat with a lid. Place the pan on a low heat with the lid on and let one side of the kuku fry. Fry the other side without the lid.
