Instruction :
Cook two sliced onions, four chicken thighs, 250 grams of black lamb or beef liver, ten stewed plums, salt, pepper, turmeric and a glass of water for one to one and a half hours until the chicken and liver are cooked. And its water evaporates.
Heat a cup of oil in a medium skillet and fry the sliced potatoes. Pour the fried potatoes into a metal strainer so that they do not stick together and fry when cooled.
