Instruction :

- First, wash the lentils and pour them into a pot full of water. Put the pot on the flame and close it. When the water boils, leave the pot half open so that it does not overflow. 3- Return the empty pot to the gas. Pour some oil to cover the bottom of the pot. Put the molded potatoes on it. Add the drained rice and lentils. Pour the brewed saffron on the rice and turn it upside down so that the ingredients get the taste and color of saffron well. Close the lid of the pot and reduce the flame very much after 7-8 minutes. Let your rice simmer for 30-40 minutes.

- During this time, chop 2 onions and fry in oil with a little turmeric.

- Grate another onion and mix it with minced meat. Cut the meat into dumplings and fry in a pan.

- Then fry the raisins in the same pan for one or two minutes. Garnish the saffron majlis pilaf with raisins, dumplings, sliced pistachios and hot onions and serve with yogurt and cucumber.
