Recipe for cooking mushroom and chicken stew with saffron

ingredients :

- Salt and pepper = as needed
- Lemon juice = 1 teaspoon
- Eggs (yolk) = 1 pcs
- Flour = 1 teaspoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 tbsp
- Mushrooms = 200 grams
- Garlic = 2 grains
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Chicken breast = 3 pcs
Instruction :
Pour some oil into the pan Put it on the heat and add the chopped mushrooms after the oil is hot Roast until the mushrooms are slightly soft
(You just have to fry a little).
After the mushrooms are soft, add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil until soft Then add the chopped chicken breasts and fry until the chicken changes color.

After the water in the frying pan is halved and the chicken breasts are soft, fry the mushrooms. Saffron mixed with hot water and add lemon juice and mix, Allow the ingredients to boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks and after 10 minutes add to the stew and mix well, Allow the stew to boil and simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat Then put in a bowl and serve with bread or rice.
