  • Minced meat = 2 bowls (equivalent to 400 g)
  • Chopped beans = 4 bowls (equivalent to 600 g)
  • Tomato paste = 2 tbsp
  • Rice = 2 cups (equivalent to 260 grams)
  • Oil = 1.5 cups (equivalent to 150 grams)
  • Salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
  • Onions = 2 pcs
  • Saffron = as needed
  • Eggs = 4 pieces

Instruction :

kuku green beans:

Boil two bowls of finely chopped beans with a little salt and water for about half an hour until the beans are cooked and the water evaporates.

Add the cooked beans, a bowl of minced meat yogurt, a grated onion, eggs and salt and mix to make kuku yeast.

Heat half a cup of oil and pour kuku yeast into it. Place in a bowl until the kuku is slightly firm.

Drain the rice and strain it with bean paste (labe la) in a saucepan. Finally, melt a little saffron and add it.

Cut the kuku in two to three steps and do not put it in the dish until the cut parts are fried and toasted.

To prepare rice beans:
Cook six cups of coarsely chopped beans with a pinch of salt and water for about half an hour until the beans are cooked through and the water has evaporated.

Fry an onion in a cup of oil, then add turmeric, a little salt, pepper, tomato paste and two cups of minced meat.

Add the cooked beans to prepare the rice bean paste.
