  • Chopped mushrooms = 2 cups
  • Rice = 3 cups
  • Onions = 2 pcs
  • Minced meat = 150 grams
  • Cooked corn = 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon = 1 teaspoon
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 teaspoons
  • Oil, salt and pepper = as needed

Instruction :

Soak the rice in water and salt for 30 minutes. Then pour a few glasses of water and some salt into the pot and put it on the heat to boil and rinse (you should rinse the rice when the rice kernel is slightly raw and soft around it when you squeeze the rice grain between two fingers).
