Instruction :
Heat the oil in a pan over a relatively high heat. Mince the meat and add the spices and cook together. Try to separate the meat as much as possible with a spoon. Continue to fry for 6 to 8 minutes until the meat is browned. Add honey and stir until well combined. Then remove the meat from the pan with a spatula and pour into a bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the meat, cover the dish and keep it warm.
