1 – First clean the meat, then wash it into pieces and pour it into a medium saucepan. Then peel the onion and chop it coarsely.

2 – In the meantime, clean the cotyledons, after washing, pour into another pot and add some water, salt and turmeric. Then place the pot on the stove and wait for the cobs to cook.

4 – Prepare a hollow bowl, break the eggs in it, then dissolve the saffron in one or two tablespoons of boiling water, add some salt and pepper to the eggs and stir a little with a spoon.
Tip: If you want your dinner to be empty, you can dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in a little cold water and add it to the egg mixture at this stage.
5 – Add the egg mixture to the meat and minced cobs, knead the ingredients well by hand.
Now pour a lot of oil in a pan and put it on the stove flame to heat. In the meantime, take some – slightly larger than an egg – of the meat mixture and, after shooting, flatten it into a circle by pressing on one hand, then make a hole right in the middle of this meat circle with the finger of the opposite hand. .
