- Head meat = 1 kg
- Pomegranate paste = 3 soupspons
- Grated onion = 1 piece
- Salt and pepper = as needed

- Rice = 1 kg
- Oil = as needed
- Saffron mixed with hot water = as needed
Instruction :
Beat the meat with a meat grinder and pour into a suitable bowl. Then add pomegranate paste, onion, salt, pepper and cumin and refrigerate for one hour.
Now cook the soaked rice in boiling water and pour it into the strainer. Then pour some oil in the pot and add two scoops of rice.
Now put the meat on the rice and pour the rest of the rice on it and put it on a gentle heat for about an hour and a half to cook the meat and cook the rice.
Now put Tahchin in a suitable dish and serve with saffron rice.
