Recipe for delicious Halva honey dessert with saffron

ingredients :
- Wheat flour = 400 g
- Rice flour = 100 g
- Honey = 500 g
- Water = 500 ml
- Butter = 200 grams
- Liquid oil = 50 g
- Rose = 1/2 cup
- Cardamom = 1 teaspoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 teaspoon
Instruction :
Put the water on the heat to boil. Add honey, cardamom, brewed saffron, rose water and let it boil for a while, then remove the nectar from the heat to cool.
Put the butter and liquid oil in a pan and put it on a gentle heat until the butter melts (combining liquid oil with butter prevents the butter from burning too quickly).
Sift the wheat flour and add it to the melted butter and stir constantly to change color and fry.
(The amount of frying and changing the color of the flour depends on your taste. If you want the color of halva to be light with honey, fry the flour until golden, and if you want the color of halva to be brown, fry it more. To get it, you have to stir the flour at short intervals.)
After the wheat flour is fried, add the sifted rice flour and stir a little to mix.
(Rice flour burns quickly, so don’t overheat it).
Add the prepared nectar to the fried flour in two or three steps so that the halva collects with its honey and is easily separated from the wall.
Pour the halva honey into a suitable dish and decorate as you like.
