Recipe for pilaf vegetables with roasted kilka fish with saffron
Kilka fish pilaf is a type of northern food that has many fans. Many people may not like Kilka fish and may not like its appearance, but it is good to know that this type of fish has a very high nutritional value.
ingredients :
- Iranian rice = 3 cups
- Vegetables (including leeks – parsley – coriander – dill – fenugreek and a little vegetable garlic) = 350 g
- Butter or oil = 100 g
- Kilka fish = 500 g
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 3 soup spoon
- Salt and pepper = as needed
Instruction :
You should use these vegetables to prepare pilaf vegetables: Crush leeks, parsley, coriander, dill, fenugreek and a little vegetable garlic after cleaning and washing.
Note that pilaf vegetables are not as finely chopped as vegetables. Chop the garlic and add the vegetables to the mixture.
Wash, soak and drain the rice. Then mix with the pilaf vegetables. Then, in small molds, rub some butter or oil. Cover and press.
Now put the cellophane on the molds and put it in the oven tray and heat it in the oven for 30-45 minutes and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius.
Now return the pilaf to a suitable dish and place a few roasted kelp fish next to it.
tip :
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the salt. Add a pinch of salt and flour. Add the flour and turmeric, roll in the squash and fry in hot oil until toasted and chips.
You can also serve this dish with a simple pilaf.
