recipe for Rice pistachio with Iranian saffron
Rice pistachio is basically an autumn food because the taste of fresh pistachio is something else in the food, but now that there is not much time left until autumn, you should not wait until then; This food is both formal and delicious.
ingredients :
- Rice = 1 kg
- Fresh skinless pistachios = half a kg
- Dill = half a kg
- Meat or chicken = half a kg
- saffron levigated = half a teaspoon
- Medium potato = 2 pcs
- Salt and oil = enough
Instruction :
Wash the rice and soak it with some salt and water for a few hours. Crush the wash after cleaning and washing.
Chop the chicken or meat and cook with an onion and spices. Cut the pistachio kernels in half and add it to the boiling rice and when the rice kernels are half cooked.
Drain them. At the bottom of the pot to prepare rice pistachios, pour some oil and cut the potatoes into rings and put the bottom of the pot and then pour the rice with the pistachios in the pot with a spatula and add the chopped rice to the side of the rice.
After the rice is finished, brew some saffron and pour it on the rice and put the pot on the heat. After brewing the rice, put it in the desired dish and place the cooked meat or chicken on the rice.
