ingredients :
- Rhubarb = 300 grams
- Chicken = 500 g
- Tomato paste = 1-2 soupspoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 tbsp
- Omani lemon = 2 pcs
- Sour Grapes powder = the amount needed
- Salt and pepper = the amount needed
Instruction :
First, wash the rhubarb And separate the thin skin on the rhubarb stems And chop rectangularly (like celery).
