Saffron Clutch pastry Recipe
ingredients :
- Flour = To the extent that the liquid turns into a dough
- milk = 1/2 cup
- Sugar = 3 spoons
- Yeast = 1 teaspoon
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1/2 spoons
- Eggs = 1 pcs
- Oil = 3 spoons

- Powdered sugar and walnuts levigated = 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon = 2 spoons
- cardamom levigated = 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla = 1 teaspoon
Instruction :
To make this first pastry, heat the milk and add the yeast and sugar and let stand for a quarter of an hour.
After cooling milk, add the eggs and oil and mix well, then add the sifted flour slowly until the dough is soft and soft, like baking dough should not be too firm, and cook well. Cover for two hours.
