Expected to harvest 56 tonnes of saffron in South Khorasan
The head of South Khorasan Agriculture Organization said 56 tons of saffron harvest is expected this year in South Khorasan.
Hashem Valipoormotlagh in an interview with ISNA, said that the survey saffron cultivation has not been implemented yet, he said, is expected to nearly 15 thousand and 114 hectares of cultivated South Khorasan saffron crop in the crop year is 95-94.

He said that last year 15 thousand 14 hectares with production of 54.6 tons of saffron is harvested in South Khorasan.
