Schnitzel ostrich Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Ostrich fillet meat = 150 g
- Powder Coated = half cup
- Wheat flour = half cup
- Eggs = 1 pcs
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 spoon
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder = to the extent required
- Oils for frying = to the extent necessary
Instruction :
Slice the meat between two freezer bags and mix it with a toothpaste to thin it, then mix the salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix it on both sides of the meat. Then mix saffron mixed with hot water with eggs. Then put meat in wheat flour and then put it in the egg. Finally we cook in buns and lightly fry in oil.
