Second place in South Khorasan in saffron production

Rezaei stated: Due to the existence of saffron processing and packaging companies in South Khorasan, the added value of this valuable product will return to the province.
The director of horticultural affairs of the organization, stating that Iran is the first producer of saffron, clarified: South Khorasan is the second in the country in the field of saffron.
Finally, he advised farmers to harvest, separate and dry saffron hygienically so that in addition to the least contamination of the product has an acceptable quality.
