  • Butter = 75 grams
  • Sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Almond slices = 1 cup
  • Boiling water or rose water = 1/2 cup
  • saffron mixed with hot water = 2 teaspoons
  • Pistachio slices = to decorate

Instruction :

Step 1: Put the pan on a gentle heat, then pour honey, sugar and rose water into the pan and mix until the ingredients are thick and golden, then add the butter (the heat should be low so that the sugar does not burn).

Step 2: After the ingredients are thickened, add sliced ​​almonds and saffron mixed with hot water and mix gently so that the almonds do not crumble (when pouring the almonds, the ingredients may stick to the almonds, but gradually the almonds become homogeneous).
