Stew Plum Masma Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Chicken = 4 pieces
  • Case for each person = 2-3 pcs
  • Black plum per person = 2-3 pcs
  • Medium onion = 2 pcs
  • Sugar = 2 spoons
  • Saffron levigated = 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato paste = 1 spoon
  • Salt and pepper and Yellow Chob = to the required amount
  • Oil = to the required amount

Instruction :

3 spoon frying oil in a pot and pour on a gentle flame, and chicken in it, so that it is golden.

Remove and leave the chicken without oil. Shred the onion and pour in the remaining oil, and rub until it has a bit of color.
Add the soaked plums and rotate for 5 minutes. It’s better to have the plum root. Dissolve turmeric and saffron and add tomatoes in hot water with a little salt and pepper to the hot onion and add two glasses of water to boil.
Put the fried chicken in a pot, drop the flame, close the pan and leave the chicken for 30 minutes to sit down to sit on the oil.
The stew should be low-water and oily.
