He added: At present, an area of three hectares of land is allocated to the cultivation of saffron in the villages of Andrade and Pithene.

He pointed out that the time of cultivating saffron from the beginning of August to Shahrivar, which is cultivated in the mountainous region of Yaser district in Shahrivar, said that 2500 to 3500 kg of saffron onion would be needed per hectare.
He added that saffron harvesting is late in the month to early December, which is different from place and climate, as well as harvesting it early in the morning before the dawn.
