Saffron harvesting started at the level of 5 hectares of land in the city of Sarvabad.

He added: The average harvest of saffron is 2.5 kilograms and 500 grams per hectare, which is expected to take over 12 kilograms of saffron in the city this year and will be marketed to the market.
The first irrigation of saffron farms in late October is expected, but this year, due to appropriate rainfall, there was no need to irrigate saffron farms, grow rainfed, and also produce saffron in the city of Sarbağd for 12 people, Kedamaradi said.
The most cultivated fields are saffron cultivated in the city of Sarwarad and the village of Qala Jay.
