wooden Kebab Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Meat = 600 g
  • Gray grated onion = 3 pcs
  • Lemon juice = 4 spoon
  • Tomato paste = 1/5 spoon
  • Oil to the extent necessary
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 spoon
  • Salt and turmeric and pepper = to the extent necessary

Instruction :

Pour the meat into pieces larger than the walnut into wooden sticks, then peel in oil. Then cook the meat with onions and a yellow bowl.
