wooden Kebab Saffron Recipe
ingredients :
- Meat = 600 g
- Gray grated onion = 3 pcs
- Lemon juice = 4 spoon
- Tomato paste = 1/5 spoon
- Oil to the extent necessary
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 1 spoon
- Salt and turmeric and pepper = to the extent necessary
Instruction :
Pour the meat into pieces larger than the walnut into wooden sticks, then peel in oil. Then cook the meat with onions and a yellow bowl.
